Experience New Portal Enhancements
The ACT Aspire Portal received a refresh on July 13th. A video of these enhancements can be found on the Training Management System (TMS) under the “Enhancement Demo” tab. The many improvements released on July 13th, include the following:
New Product in the ACT Aspire Portal
- ACT Tessera is a social and emotional skills (non-cognitive) assessment that measures six social and emotional skills and character strengths sets to analyze learning and life success. It is available for grades 6-8 and 9-12. | Tessera
Updated Student Data Upload File
- ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act) Requirements were added to the Student Data Upload (SDU) file including, Homeless Status, Parent in Military, and In Foster Care. | Summative, Periodic, and Tessera
- Auto assign Educator Role when a user has an existing role of Student Admin or Report, and they are added as a teacher via the SDU, they will have the Educator role added in order to have access to the student they are assigned in the SDU file. | Summative, Periodic, and Tessera
Activity History
- Test Session Activity History provides authorized users insight into the activity for that session. | Summative, Periodic, and Tessera
New Extracts Available
- New Final Extracts available after rollover provides users a final extract for the previous administration. | Summative, Periodic
Customer Support Update
- New Contact Us Link and Updated Phone Number have replaced the actaspire_implementation@actaspire.org email and the previous phone number. This will increase efficiency in our customer service response. | Summative, Periodic, and Tessera
